Directions
Boone Animal Hospital is located in Western Springs between LaGrange and Hinsdale.
From the North: Take I-294 (Tri-State toll way) south. Exit Rt. 34 (Ogden Ave.) east. Go to Wolf Road (1st traffic light), turn right (south) on Wolf Road. Go through town and continue south on Wolf Road to 55th Street. Turn right (west) on 55th Street. Go to the second building on left-hand (south) side.
From the West: Take I-88 (East-West toll way) east. Exit I-294 (Tri-State toll way) south. Exit Rt. 34 (Ogden Ave.) east. Go to Wolf Road (1st traffic light). Turn right (south) on Wolf Road. Go through town and continue south on Wolf Road to 55th Street. Turn right (west) on 55th Street. Go to the second building on left-hand (south) side.
From the South-West: Take I-55 (Stevenson) North. Exit County Line Road north. Travel north on County Line Road, and turn right onto 55th Street. Boone Animal Hospital is then two blocks east on the right (south) side of the road.
From the South-East: Take I-294 (Tri-State toll way) north. Exit Wolf Road north at I-55 South/Wolf Road exit. (You turn right at the stop sign after you exit). Take Wolf Road north to 55th Street (third traffic light). Turn left (west) on 55th Street. Go to the second building on the left-hand (south) side.
From the East: Take I-290 (Eisenhower) or I-55 (Stevenson) east or south, respectively. Exit south on Rt. 45 (Mannheim) from I-290 or north on Rt. 45 (LaGrange Road) from I-55. Go to 55th Street and go west.
24-Hour Appointment Cancellation
For your convenience, Boone Animal Hospital schedules appointments that provide adequate time for pets to receive comprehensive care and treatment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel your appointment so that we may schedule others needing services. If your pet needs immediate care, please call to let us know your ill pet’s situation. A doctor may be able to see your pet on an emergency basis during normal business hours.
Our Credit Policy
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit®, as well as all pet insurance policies. We are happy to assist you in filling out your paperwork for pet insurance policies. Payment is due when services are rendered
